Over the weekend we got 2 fish sandwiches and they were both cold and burnt. We did not return because my husband threw receipt... away. So one time isn't going to make me stop eating there. So for lunch today we got two of the same fish sandwiches. Theywere old cold and burnt infact as much as I have always loved captain ds I am grossed out by them now ty workers at captain dsapd 40 for ruining one of my favorite places to eat. My husband also added the employees looked unkempt not intrested andbothered by his presents. The store and bathroom very dirty. I hope they fix this soon. Read more
The woman in the drive thru rung in our order incorrectly (twice). It would?ve been easy to forgive, but unfortunately she was... unapologetic and tried to blame her mistakes on me. She did refund the overcharge and replace the item she messed up, but notwithout attitude. Read more
My husband and I eat here often and are seldom disappointed with our meals. BUT today we both had baked potatoes that tasted and... looked like they were old or had been cooked and recooked. Also we waited for over 20 minutes before our meals were delivered atour tables and then came in takeout boxes, which we accepted since the lady said they ran out of plates. We notice after gettingour food the other people got their in plates. My husband told a young lady about our potates and she just said, "Thank You." Sorry to say we may not come now as often. Everything was fine until the lady carried my order to the wrong table. A couple was sitting at the table and had obviously... finished their food. This woman sets my food between them and then a discussion ensued about whose food it is. Then she bringsit to me. If she isn?t smart enough to see the table number, is she smart enough to wash her hands after using therestroom? When you pay, they give you an order number for your table. Apparently, they don?t tell their employees. I don?t knowabout anyone else, but I DO NOT LIKE watching others eating over my food. Read more
This is the second time in a row we have ordered from this store and received child size chicken strips. Second photo is a side... order for almost $4 and that's what you get here now apparently. Is this the standard portion size captain ds? It's sad becauseme and my family have been coming to this store for almost 20 years. Read more
Great service, food was delicious, quiet with music in background. Very pleasant visit
