Bland, lukewarm *food, somehow worse service. I have zero interest in what your employees are ????????????????. If they can't... display the level of professionalism of keeping it in their pants, in order to perform the task of standing at a drive thrucounter at a Burger King, they are severely underqualified to ???????? ???????? ????????????????????????????????, in anyworkplace. Overall, it was ok. Very nice staff. Impossible Whopper is pretty good. But the store itself needs some TLC in the sanitary... department. Doesn't look like it's been properly clean in a while. Read more
The burger king on perimeter will not honor the app codes. Only one particular manager though. She would rather argue with a... customer over a drink then show concern for the customers,. My app plainly states show this code to cashier to upsize thismanager keeps saying you have do it from the app...no u do not. U read what it says. U show the code to cashier she gives uupsize it's that simple. Plus she's rude. They also charged me for my order this morning that I told her to cancel wholeorder,now I cannot get no one to answer the phone over there..poorly ran store..I won't be back to this location Read more
This place needs to either close down or get a full new crew with new management. All most everything on my order was wrong.... Ordered 2 kids meals one with a pain cheese burger and one with chicken nuggets. First time cheese burger was not plain and thenwith no cheese when asked about cheese they said they were out YET STILL CHARGER PEOPLE FOR IT????????????? Yet was not tellinganyone(others in store had same problem) Every grocery store in town has cheese, GO BUY SOME DUHHHHH. Second problem order 2small fries nether of those were given two us. After all that was fixed we just left the restaurant all together and wenthome...When getting home seen that the double whopper i ordered and paid for was only a single ( and with no cheese that i paidfor)...I will truly never eat at this place again or any other burger king in Cleveland as there all ran by the same company.EAT here at your own risk of having everything in your order wrong. Went in to get a pick up order and had to wait 15 minutes to get it as I saw it just sitting there. Then when I got home my wife... asked where her drink was. Counted at least 7 people working and the person running the register kept only helping one person ata time. Read more
The sign says it?s open for indoor dining but the doors were locked. We saw about a dozen people try to go inside. The drive... thru line was extremely slow. The person taking the order kept coming on the speaker but was talking to someone else inside.When we asked if we could order now she said not yet,? I?m trying to get myself together.?
