I normally LOVE Arby's. This location was the WORST...not just the worst Arby's, but the worst restaurant I've EVER been to! I... had my 4 yr old grandson who has special needs with me. A "manager" (supposedly named Sam...saw no name tag & they knew I wasfurious when I asked) was so ridiculously rude to me that all I can say is that she should be thankful that he was with me. Thetables were all nasty. I asked for cleaner so I could clean my own to be able to sit down to feed him. The food wasn't good.Nothing was good about this place or the experience! Ridiculous! If you are looking for a place to spend money ordering food and not get what you order, this is the perfect place. Without... fail, this Arby's location has left something out of an order every time I go to this place. I love their food, but it seemslike in 9 years of me going to this location they could get at least one order 100% right. I mean it is not even anythingcomplicated that I order. For example, if I order a side of cheddar cheese to dip my fries in, they will charge me for it butleave it out. Or if I ask for no mustard on a market fresh sandwich then they will still put mustard on it. Or if I order someapple turnovers then they give me cherry instead. Read more

We went through the drive through, but service was pleasant, order was correct, & the food was good. I had a classic RB meal,... my husband had a Greek gyro meal. He likes curly fries, I like crinkle. Good to have a choice. Read more
What I sent to Corporate: Ordered ID# ************ What I ordered was totally unacceptable. 1) Turkey Bacon Ranch Meal.... Contents: 2 pieces of Turkey, a squirt of ranch, 1/2 a piece of cheese and 1/2 of 1 slice of tomato, and a wilted with brownspots piece of last-week's lettuce. 2) a PCS Sandwich Meal Contents: 6 pieces of chicken in some kind of mushy mayo stuff with1/2 of 1 grape and some pecan dust. I was told no fries of any kind, and was only offered salads in place of fries. Honestly, Ididn't mind that. 2 Salads - Contents: wilted lettuce, again with brown spots. one had 3 square tomato pieces, the otheractually had 5. Neither had cheese or anything else. Overall my visit was ok the drive through was fast and very friendly but that new hamburger it was ok but it wasn't done in the... middle and I ordered it with no tomato and they put it on there anyway which I had to take it apart to remove the two slices oftomatoes from the hamburger which messed up the taste of the hamburger. First, there were only 2 people working in the whole restaurant. The drinks tasted absolutely horrible and the food was not... good; cold and barely any cheese at all on my beef and cheddar, and buns were hard.
