Went there tonight and got 2 of the new chophouse burgers, very disappointed as it took FOREVER to get my food, when I got home... the burgers hardly had any toppings on them and really no sauce at all!! I am new to the Cleveland area and have been to this Sonic four times since arriving. I usually go to the Blackwell Oklahoma... Sonic, and they have excellent food and drinks. The food at the Cleveland Oklahoma Sonic is poor quality. The burgers arelukewarm and the fries are usually cold. The fries that we got today were just straight up nasty tasting, cold, andshriveled. We got to our stall just a little after 5:00 p.m. today. As long as they take to get us our food each time we comemakes me think they're making fresh food, but they are not. Please tell me how the car hop comes to vehicle and takes the order goes in rings up the order press total we never have a... chance to make sure the order is correct so when the good is brought out I explain the order was missing food and the person whobrings it out blames it on the customer, then while we're waiting on the rest of the food we go to put the straw in one of thedrinks and there is a hair yes a hair sticking in the hole where the straws goes. When she brings out the rest of our order shebasically threw it and the receipt in my husband's hand when you ask for manager or district managers number we get told aretold we can't give that to you. I went there and a manager approached me by the name of Tyler Johnson or so he said, when I placed my order of 2 burgers and a... milkshake he RUDELY said and I quote ? shouldn?t you eat less if you wanna loose weight.? Those words greatly affected my mentalhealth as a guy who struggles with obesity and has been shamed about it his whole life. Famously the Worst sonic to ever exist and make sure you have gas before coming here or turn your car off you?ll probably run... out from idling before you get your food. Going on waiting 30 minutes now enough to write this review. Seriously you can driveto mannford and get your food drive home enjoy it watch an episode of law and order tuck your kids to bed before you get yourfood from this location my order said it was on its way 10 mins ago and now I?m just staring at a menu. I don?t even know ifI?m getting my food do I get out of the car and go up there or what? I honestly don't know why I continue to try and give Cleveland Sonic chances. I have never had a good experience at this... location. We waited an hour last night for our INCOMPLETE order (which we didnt realize until we were halway home), and theytold us they would refund us due to the wait (they forgot our order and I know this because our food was warm, not like it hadbeen sitting there for an hour), they only partially refunded us. Then, on top of that, they tore off the bottom of the receiptthat has the number to call and leave a review. I'm consistently disappointed by this location, and I LOVE Sonic. Read more
Drink quality is not what it should be. Sonic used to have the best soft drinks of any fast food place. The consistency is... almost non existent these days. Drinks used to have old fashioned soda fountain flavor. I rarely go Abby longer because younever know what you are going to get. Burgers are often dry and tough like they are old and warmed up.
