Wanted to go in to order so I parked but found the dining room doors were locked. No notice saying drive thru only. I wasn't... sure they were open at all until I saw another car go around the back to order so I went in line. Read more
Dining room is closed. You'd think a single line of customers would make getting the order correct very easy... Not with these... low flying dimwits. My advice? Check your bag before you pull off because getting back into a 25 minute line sucks almost as badas they do. Read more
9.16.2022 @ 1150am - rude white woman that?s a manager. I ordered the food. Order was accurate. Didn?t check for temperature,... just saw it was accurate. Asked for the receipt. She told me It wasn?t working. I asked if she can write one. She declined. Ipaid by card. I asked for a refund back to the card. She said she can?t. She said take the money or the food. I told her shebeing rude for no reason. She said she was gon call the police. I told her i didn?t care. The police came and asked me tosimply move to the other side of the store. Not even to leave. I asked the police for her name. Obviously he didnt have it byhim just saying, we can get all that if i move to the other side. The heavy set black woman opened the window to say that shejust started, but the system was old. Ummm?so. McDonald?s is old and they can do it. ??????????? don?t accept a payment you cantreturn back the same way. Overall, that fake manager is rude, she need to quit or better yet, get fired. Im sure this isnt herfirst complaint. And im MORE than sure this isnt her last. The food was hot and fresh. I love this Wendy. Too bad I have to travel 20 minutes from where I live to a nice Wendy's.
Pulled up to the drive through to place an order and I was rudely greeted. Manager was taking orders and speaking quickly so I... was unsure what she stated so I asked her to repeat it. She said, ?We have signs right in front of you?. I asked why she wasbeing Rude she said order when ready. I told her I would leave a review and she said go ahead. If this is what managers do Iwould hate to interact with the associates. They were taking cash only and the signs were taped on the speaker, when I pull upto the drive through I?m more times than not looking at the menu! Horrible attitude, I will not be back! This is suppose to be a Dave's single. I ask for no ketchup or pickles add mustard... this is what i received. I tried to call... and went to the door to get my order corrected no answer so I ended up waiting in that long a$$ drive thru line again. Theycorrected my burger and gave me the bag back with the same cold fries????. Read more
