The last 3 times I?ve been to this location it?s been absolute garbage. The staff is rude, the woman working the window was... biting her nails and texting before she turned around and started slapping lids on everyone?s drinks. I hate this wendys. I always try to avoid it because of two reasons. 1. Everytime I go to this one it's either closed when they... are supposed to be open or 2. the worker just flat out don't want to work. I went there last night pull up to speaker andthere's 2 signs one of them said cash only and the other pull to window to order. So I pull to window and there two girlsstanding on their phones and one girl sitting in lobby. After 15 mins of waiting and a knock on window the girl in lobby finallycomes and tells me they can't take any orders because their systems are "down"... funny thing Is I heard her arguing with theother 2 girls standing there telling her to tell me they can't take orders so assuming they could and just didn't want to do it.Avoid this one is possible!!! Super slow service, waited 30 min and there were just 4 cars ahead of me. This used to be a decent Wendy?s but the last year or... more it?s been horrible with service. At least the person that waited on me apologized for the wait time. Read more
I'm typically in and out which makes it better than most fast food places. That being said the drive way/parking lot is... terrible. Take it slow when entering. Updated: 3 cars takes them 30 minutes.. go somewhere that's actually fast food.. Read more
This is one of the better Wendy's in the area. To drive through is always prompt and they never screw up your order. And most... importantly the burgers never look like they've been sitting around for a while, or put together sloppy. They're pretty wellsums up my decision to go to this one Read more
I have never experienced anything like this place in my life. If they don't refuse to serve you at the window, they will leave... you sitting at the intercom for 15 minutes. The workers have absolutely no respect for customers at all. They are sooooohorrible Read more
