Door was locked at 2:00PM today, Sunday Oct. 16th. Drive through only. Staff would take one order, then make people wait in... drive through line until that order was made and delivered before taking next order. Restaurant had at least five people?working?. When I pulled to the pick up window, three staff were eating and drinking Wendy?s food. They were rude. I saw atleast five people leave with out ordering. Read more
Do not ever go to this Wendys, my son and I ordered that new sandwich pretzel bacon pub burger. It was nothing like the picture,... there was a beef patty that was so small and square which appeared to be frozen not fresh and old a piece of muenster cheesewith no crispy onions, no pickle, and a little crushed up bacon not slices and some cheese sauce on a pretzel bun. The frieswere old dried out not crispy. This was not worth 20.00 for us both Don't buy it they are trying to cut back.on cost and notgive you the quality of the product. I tried to call them when we got home and found this hot mess but no one answered thephone. I wasn't going to go back and waist gas. Worst Wendy?s ever all of the food was cold when I tried my burger it was cold the cheese wasn?t melted and had to spit out my... first bite of how disgusting it was. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. No matter what time of the day you are waiting in a line that reaches to the... street. And on average I would say you are waiting for 30 minutes. The staff is not apologetic at all and sometimes they areeven rude. The food can be hot or completely cold. The worst part is I've actually written complaints to corporate and theynever responded! It seems 8 out of 10 times this particular Wendy's shows that it's not like any other Wendy's. It's just really really poorly... run. They can't get food out in any reasonable amount of time. I decide to give him one more chance. I'm writing this reviewwhile waiting for my mobile order. It's been 15 minutes since I showed up. 20 minutes since I put in the mobile order. doesn'tmake me feel good that the mass are pulled down around the chin either. January 2nd at 8:15 a.m.. They have kept their doors locked for well over a year. And as for someone who doesn?t drive I walked all the way up there and... was turned around because they reused to let me in. I am one person. One. I walked 15 mins in hopes of getting something quickto eat. Yet I can?t. It?s been like this a year. I called them and a guy said they?re understaffed and don?t even haveregisters in the front. I know they can?t do this and they?re doing this to make it easier for them but for someone low on foodand cash I can?t even get an affordable meal. I want to complain to corporate but it won?t help. I just think it?s unfair topeople who don?t drive. I can?t afford to deliver my food. And the pandemic is not over but they?re paying decently atWendy?s. They have the staff. The general managers are letting this happen right under their nose. Imagine the owner if he foundout how much money he?s missing out on making because of locked doors. And MY GOD.
