With the raise of those brewery with uncomfortable chairs and boring decor and for some reason the same food menu. I found this... place and I don't drink lol This is a intimate vibe and live Jazz is definitely a plus. Their drinks are good and expensive ofcourse.If you are looking for a "fancy" weekend this is the place. Also their staff is welcoming too and willing to suggest adrink if you are not sure. Read more
Visited for a private event in the "secret" room in back. Wow...very impressed with the custom hand-made drinks, appetizer... selection and the service. The food was outstanding in presentation and flavor! I have to admit their hummus was better than myhomemade version. Servers came to you to replenish drinks, clear tables and making sure everything was up to par...and it was! Read more

Velvet Tango Room bills itself as one of Cleveland?s premier craft cocktail bars, but this place just falls short in so many... ways. We dropped in on a Saturday night around 8pm and were pleased to find two open seats at the bar. After waiting nearly 15minutes for menus and water, we ordered our drinks- one house cocktail and a vodka martini. We watched as the bartendersprepared several orders before ours, and honestly it just felt like amateur hour. The bartenders did not seem knowledgeable whenit came to simple drinks outside of the cocktail menu, and communication just seemed? off. The bar was full and obviously busyand the owner/manager was helping to fill waters, but without any introduction or acknowledgement he just appeared visiblyangry and upset. Not the best look! Bright lights and a loud atmosphere pretty much drown out the live music in back. If you?relooking for a swanky cocktail lounge where you can enjoy quality drinks and live music, there are much better places in town.Sorry. Read more
Visited once and had a tremendous experience. The vibe is outstanding and whatever essential oils they have going on make it all... the better. The staff are well suited to the environment and the drinks are on point. Seán as the expert bartender made all thedifference with his superb recommendations and great tastes. I took his recommendations and it made the evening remarkable. 5stars. Read more

I love this place!! My wife and I have been here a number of times because we love the vibe and the atmosphere here, but most of... all we love the food and drinks here too. The staff here are masters of the cocktail making craft and I have to say I?ve neveronce had a bad tasting cocktail and the consistency of the cocktail making process is flawless. I can?t recommend this placeenough for the perfect evening experience with love music at times. If your a cheese and meats lover then get the board, you?lllove it!! Read more
