They charge a $3 delivery fee. The staff here is rude and unbearable. Leah hung up on me twice before she took my order. And the... pizza always takes twice as long as they quoted. Amazing pizza when they get the order right. Though most of the time you're left disappointed, either the pizza is over cooked,... under cooked or completely wrong. If that's not bad enough you can expect poor service when placing the order on the phone andthe delivery generally takes 1 1/2 - 2 hours. And the drivers always offer the same excuse "one of the drivers quit lastminute". They're really not worth your business. Read more
I've been going to this place way before it was taken over an updated. I must say quality has dropped big time. I ordered a... large pepperoni and sausage pizza. First, I never seen pepperonis this small. Second barely any sauce. Third the dough wassaturated with grease. My guess would be from the sub par cheese which contains a lot of oil. For 17.00 I expect quality. I hadno problem with service or timing. However, quality is an issue.....please fix this issue. Read more
The food was absolutely amazing! We were visiting from out of town it was kind of late and we were staying at a hotel and we... really just didn?t feel like going anywhere because we had just driven for 3 hours so we looked for local places nearby to eatthat could deliver. And they did an amazing job from taking our order to delivering the food to our room and we orderedcheesecake (which was amazing) and our delivery driver made sure we had forks he got some from Wendy?s before he came and had medouble check that the person that put our order together put forks in there. Which there were forks but he really went out ofhis way to make sure we were covered. But the pizza was the best I normally don?t like thicker crust pizza but it was just sowarm and fresh I absolutely loved it! Would definitely recommend it. Read more
Tonight I ordered the cheese bread with garlic butter and mozzarella sticks as well as a pizza, and I didn't receive the garlic... butter or mozzarella sticks. This was through skipthedishes, so after I contacted their customer service I was told the ownerthemselves said they personally checked the order and seemed to accuse me of lying. This order was for a very picky bunch ofpeople, so that certainly was not the case. Completely disgusted with how this was handled, or, not handled rather. A completewaste of money. This is the second time I've ordered from here and had problems, I will not bother trying it again nor would Irecommend it- which is sad because honestly the bread and garlic butter sauce was fantastic the first time I had it. I have been ordering chicken wings frequently over these last couple weeks I would say two times a week and I am addicted to the... breaded buffalo wings! What you putting in there?! Very good. The customer service is always good, I order and pick up andusually am offered a chicken tender to try...nice touch. I like that you can see kitchen from pickup counter, it looks cleanback there! Follow them on Facebook they gave great specials, we got the pepperoni pizza, dozen wings & pepperoni rolls all for $20-. Was... greeted as soon as I entered, when they say 20 minutes it sure was 20 minutes for pick up. This was the very 1st time weordered from them the only reason why was the picture of the pizza with the crunchy pepperoni. My wife & daughter are fans ofcrunchy pepperoni, saw the deal on Facebook so had to order & see for ourselves if it really was good there's no words toexplain how delicious the food was, my 1 1/2 y.o grandson ate 2 pepperoni rolls & a slice of pizza, all he kept saying was"YUMMM, YUMMM" he only says that when he really loves what he's eating, my wife, daughter & myself really enjoyed the food. Thepepperoni was really crunchy had a lot of cheese & was sauced perfectly, the wings were awesome &the rolls were perfect hadgarlic topping & that made it over the top.
