Wow, food was amazing. Chilean Seabass special was like butter…Ravioli short rib special was impeccable. Scallops were tender... and well seasoned. Risotto was a great side to it all. This was our first time visiting The Palazzo, which was recommended to us. They work as a team in the dining room, so service... was impeccable. Chef Rafael prepares all of his dishes from scratch. From homemade pastas to his sauces, he surely doesn't skimpon the quality of his dishes. He also makes you feel welcome, "la mia casa è la tua casa" by visiting each table and strikingup a conversation. I haven't had Italian food like this since I visited Italy. If you want authentic Italian food eith excellent service, you are... in for a treat at the Palazzo. Rafael, the chef and owner, came out visited with me and with other guests reminding of ourexperience at restaurants in Italy. Every item I had was exquisitely cooked and presented beautifully. The scallop with trufflecream appetizer was so delicious as was the main entre of pork chop served with the best truffle risotto that I have ever eaten.The panecotta was light and creamy. I enjoyed myself!!! My husband had surprised me with a dinner for my birthday and we never have been here before. We made... reservations, which is good cause they are super busy around this time. The waiter was very welcoming and tentative. Everyonethere made you feel like you were right at home and special. The food was AMAZING!! I never had risotto that melts in yourmouth. I could of had a bowl of it alone and I would have been satisfied. If you have never heard of this place, I highlyrecommend it. IT'S PERFECT! Read more

The service was superior. The Food was outstanding and I will Definitely be going back. We started with the pera sachetti and... Melanzano rupini. Both were delicious. Our entrees were the 4 cheese ravioli with lobster tail. My sister Loved it. I orderedthe quattro stagioni pizza, which Is delightful and that crust is sooo tasty. My neice ordered the pasta bolognese, which shesaid is her go to when she comes here. Her husband ordered the Duck A'la Orange and it looked great as well. Such a nice eveningand wonderful staff, food and atmosphere. The Desserts were tasty, creme brulee, cannolis and Lemoncello completed our meal. Ihighly recommend Palazzo to everyone, lol. So happy my neice and her hubby invited us to join them. Next visit to Cleveland...Iwill be headed to Palazzo ???? Every dish was so good...I forgot to take photos. Rafael is doing a great job. Food is amazing and very cool atmosphere. I had the lobster ravaoli. My dessert was a flan with... peach puree. Delicious. Other dishes were double cut pork chop and the seafood with pasta. Read more

All of the food we had here was excellent and we can’t wait to return! The pizza oven that they use here is over 70 years old... and all of our food was so fresh! They even make the wedding soup to order which I have never heard of. So good! Both of mystepsons loved the wedding soup. The four of us (2 adults and 2 kids) shared the Favorito (Truffle Cream, Sun Dried Tomato,Artichoke, Spinach, Buffalo Mozzarella), the Sicilian (Salami, House Marinara, Mozzarella) and the Margherita Pizzas (SlicedTomato, Buffalo Mozzarella, House Marinara, Fresh Basil). All three were fantastic. The boys both are all of their crust too! Wecan’t wait to go back and try their pastas and other menu items. I definitely need dessert next time too! The food was fantastic! Our server was friendly and super attentive. The place was full but we didn't have a long wait for... anything. We enjoyed the decor, I love the Beetlejuice esque mirror. We had the stuffed artichokes for an appetizer and it wasroll your eyes back in your head marvelous. Two words, truffle cream. The soup of the day was filled with giant shrimp, yumm Ihad the house salad instead so I didn't get to taste that but she said it was top notch. We both had the lobster ravioli, it ismade in house, and we were both quite happy we did. The ravioli are huge and stuffed full of lobster in a lovely blush saucewith grape tomatoes that burst with flavor in your mouth and yes you guessed it more giant shrimp. We finished it up with atiramisu that was as light as air and wonderfully complimented with fresh berries. I will be back for the bolognese and somegelato for sure. Read more
