The service was great. There was issue today, a customer ahead of us had the employee to make 3 footlong subs the customer had... the employee to put some much toppings that it was hard to wrap sandwiches, the customer wanted it rewrap, the employee said yesI will double wrap your sandwiches, the customer started cussing and walked out didnt pay for sandwiches and left them there.There was no cause for that reaction at all. The employee did nothing wrong. But I know the customer will make it out to be theemployees fault. So please don't blame your employees. I will call to talk to management personally tomorrow morning.
