A football sandwich isn't really the only thing I leave with when I enter this establishment. Hi I'm Juno and I constantly get a... Coke combo from this subway. The staff here are very very humorous and funny. They have a great sense of humor and greatcustomer service. I don't eat from Subway often but when I have a craving for it this is the only location other than when Ileave town that I come to. I get around a lot as you can see from my Google profile I give a lot of good reviews on places.Being an English major I tend to speak too much if not a lot on what I experience when I enter and establishment. I've worked infast food for almost 8 years and I have had some pretty good customer service and some pretty bad customer service. But thisplace is in the top tier for my line for customer service. The food is always great and fresh. The only thing I have an issue with is if I get the veggie delight I have to ask for more... veggies. Sometimes the workers don't understand that if I'm not getting meat on the sandwich that they should double the veggiesso I have to specify that I want double veggies. They don't charge extra for the extra veggies tho so that's a plus!! ???? Byfar my favorite subway! Read more
I stopped here to get my elderly mom a Italian BLT the other worker who was (black) was making a sandwich for another customer... the manager who was of a foreign nationality came over and began taking off meat off the lady sandwich and her hair not beingtied back or a bonnet disturbed me as well, telling the worker how it should be made, the customer told the manager to mind herbusiness and worry about the sandwich she was making for me. Workers should have their hair tied backed when preparing food, Iwill never visit Subway there or any of there locations again, the service and customer service has went down tremendously andthe quality of the food the produce was very warped not fresh at all!!! Maybe the staff should be retrained on ADA regulations. Denying someone service that has a guide dog and is legally certified as... a service animal is ILLEGAL!!! Your owners minimalistic response to the issue is abhorrent and the situation needs to berectified. Read more
Would give 0 but that's not an option. I have seen one employee constantly coughing then rub his nose with the gloves on then... use the same gloves to prepare food afterwards. Some other employees are extremely rude and impatient. The price has alsoincreased 50% over the last year. Definitely won't go back. Read more
The young lady who made my sandwich was very professional. Her name was Nay, I believe. It was very busy and she was the only... employee in the restaurant. People had multiple orders but she didn't panic and she didn't have any unsatisfied customersdespite the crowd. She apologized for the delay and kept doing all that she could to satisfy her customers despite workingalone. Read more
