To be honest if I could give zero stars I would. I decided to stop here with my son's after leaving the beach. Since it was... close by and a better choice than greasy fast food. If you have children who have special needs I do not recommend this locationat all. I have a autistic son and my other son deals with sever social anxiety. The employee's seemed very bothered when theywas trying to order their sandwich. They don't listen when you tell them what you want on your sub. I ended up having to removestuff from one of son's sub because the gentleman didn't listen when he said he didn't want a certain meat on his sub. ** Alsosome of the meats and veggies looked very dry and old. Waited over 1 hour after ordering in the app. Stood in express line and after 50 minutes finally started my order which was... supposed to be done by 3:30. I just left at 4:21 . This was a horrible experience we ordered a steak and egg sandwich they put nothing but steak on at first and tried to pretend... like we ordered something different we also ordered double meat and they put on less than what you would get on a regularsandwich and still charged extra. The other sandwich ordered was a subway melt and when I picked my toppings she gave me thelittlest amount possible. Communication was terrible. Sad to say the reviews saying this is the worst experience in fast food are accurate. The one person making the food seems to... just want you out of the store as quickly as possible and does not care at all. I had to ask to be able to order something. Ishould have taken the hint and walked out. Given how many people say the same it?s a wonder this guy still works there. I willactively avoid this place, and highly advise others to do the same. McDonald?s and Burger among are close by and honestly you?rebetter off. Subway, I would find new management for this location or just close it entirely. Read more
