Once again the down fall is the staff! I'm not sure if you just don't understand that the customers you serve are not at fault... for you choosing a job that you clearly hate. When over paying for my coffee drink and politely requesting a pup cup for mypuppy that just got done getting his shots, I don't need to hear or receive your attitude. If you can't be a nice person removeyourself from a customer service position. I am positive that you are not being forced to work there. If you're having troublefinding employment that keeps your nasty attitude away from the public that's your problem! No one should have to deal with yourissues! Read more

I?m so done with this location. They rip me off on the sweet cream cold foam every single time. This is so not worth the extra... $1.25. The other location on Royalton has no issues making this exact drink and making sure there?s enough foam. Read more

But, this wonderful group of... people had my order ready and even had a sweet little message written on the top of my cup.
