The location of the line to order was confusing. There were many employees behind the counter and many were not working, but... messing around. A young woman came up to the counter, skipped the line and spoke to an employee. A few minutes later, the ladyhad a beverage in her hand. The woman behind me got her drink before me so I decided to ask about my order. The employee hadto ask me for my order again, which I didn't understand. It took 20 minutes for my venti mocha. Even in China I get green tea from Starbucks. This is by far the best andmost friendliest crew I have ever seen.
