Worst customer service. That continues to find new depths. I encourage others to share their experience in the hopes some... corporate action is taken. Workers actively reduce workload by pulling several levers. 1. Converting to online orders only atrandom (no schedule) 2. Knowingly refuse to update the system to reflect in/out of stock items via the app (as many 15-20items at a time).. Often over hearing workers joke about how many customers are turned away from this 3. Turning off mobileorders whenever they deem themselves too busy.. one time I walked in and they had their signs up ?Mobile orders only? but theapp clearly stated that were not taking online orders at this time. Here I am.. standing in a Starbucks with 4-5 workers behindthe counter. No more than the usual drink amount on the pick up table. I asked if something was wrong because of theconflicting messages. They shrugged it off and said they were simply busy and shut it off.. that I would have to wait until theyturned it on. I waited 5 minutes and left. Interesting business model.. Read more

I live around the corner and have been coming here for 4 years. Service and quality is definitely not what it used to be. I get... the same drink almost always, Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew with extra Sweet Cream (or add/sub sweet cream in other drinks). Itis amazing, perfectly sweet and creamy. But over the years, it's now more 50/50 (and getting worse) whether it tastes likestraight cream with zero sweatness. I shouldn't have to remake or add to my drink when I get home or get serious attitude when Isay something, which I don't often. Today was the second day in a row I said something, so I asked for a manager (I doubt shewas one in the end). I asked if this could be a training opportunity because I don't think it is being made correctly (orconsistently). And the issue generally occurs when there is turnover. She just kept telling me it is the same recipe (ok, thenthat might mean incompetence from whomever is making it...put two and two together) and just offered to put more of the same init. All employees should have an understanding of how it is supposed to taste. After telling her I've been coming here for yearsbut should just go to the other Starbucks, she said "ok". Eventually, she reluctantly said she could see if they had thematerials to make more sweet cream but I couldn't keep waiting and had to leave. I will say it wasn't busy but took a while toget anyone's attention to help in the first place. I'm so frustrated as these aren't cheap drinks (or take a good amount ofstars) and much of the time they are undrinkable or need modifications at home. This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been too. I?ve been coming here for 2 years now due to living around the corner. My coffee... is always made wrong, why would I want an entire cup of creamer? Every time I ask them to remake it they give me attitude,stating that I need to be more specific with a SPLASH of sweet cream. They are always closing off the inside, this place is veryinconsistent and would not recommend to anyone. Read more

Definitely not an ethnic friendly environment I don't think, very rude and inconsiderate staff. Employees failed to greet me as... I walked into the door but immediately greeted the 4 non ethnic people who immediately walked in after I was served withnoticiable enthusiasm. Young lady rolled her eyes lol when asked to make my peppermint beverage slightly peperminty along withmy super small serving as shown. At least they didn't call the police as the other individuals found out when patronizing anunfriendly and unwelcoming starbucks environment such as this 1. I actually forgot about that incident until now. Won't returnwhich I believe is what was intended. Surprised they don't have separate bathroom facilities which is how I was made to feel. Read more
