Everyone loves Starbucks... It's kind of like wearing that right fashion or something.. If you like strong coffee, they got it..... If you like a lighter blend, they got it . They have some good cool drinks with crazy tastes but you will pay for thisexperience to say you tried it.. When I am in Phoenix, they are everywhere and there is always a line . Worse service ever! I had to wait for ever and got a most horrible tasting decaffeinated double expresso maquiado. The crew was... training new staff. First the cashier didn't know what I was ordering. Next, he just walked away. Someone else came to theregister and said the order had been placed. Finally when I was called for my drink I asked to verify that it wasdecaffeinated. The lady didn't think it was decaffeinated. So she re did it. However, I don't think she gave me an expressomaquiado. It tasted horrible ???? it didn't even taste like coffee. It tasted like dirty water! Disgusting! The staff were rude, unprofessional, yelling, out of all supplies, threw drinks around, didn?t put the hot food in the correct... bags. I honestly felt like I was being punked. Bunch of loud children working here, one girl walked off and her friends were yelling where she's going and she just left.... Interrupting to talk drama in the middle of ordering. So loud and annoying that a guy came up to order and apologized forbothering them. Why are you being paid then? Lol Read more
"We can't do decaf anything" Also, cashier was needlessly rude. She rushed us, slammed receipt, and the bag of food. No one... needs to start the day here. The place was not crowded when we visited,. There was just one other person behind us in line. This place is in Concourse A. There is another Starbucks in Concourse C, which may be better? Read more
You know that phrase, "What would Jesus do?" These Starbucks employees take it to heart. They replaced a spilled drink without... my asking - they were flooded with work and a never ending line, yet are so detailed oriented that they somehow noticed uscleaning up the spilled drink in the background and kindly replaced it. I NEVER go to Starbucks because I always feel out of myelement and like I don't know what I'm talking about. The young woman at the cash register patiently walked me througheverything and even made some suggestions that helped me discover what drink I like! They clearly run a tight ship and getpeople's orders out within 5 minutes, no matter the size. Their smiles are genuine, and they deal with tough situations like theboss ladies they are. They made my experience with Starbucks AWESOME and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys for awonderful morning! Read more
