Despite not being able to land reservations, we took a chance and went anyway. From the minute we pulled in the the valet we... were treated like VIP and parked our car right next to a beautiful Rolls Royce. We were seated promptly by the hostesses and hadan amazing dinner. We took the opportunity to order the tasting menu and it was truly a dining experience. People weredefinitely there to be seen and the atmosphere was serene but with a chic vibe. We had a wonderful time and so glad we didn'tlet the reservation process steer us away. If you are there definitely try their Sake menu and if you are there on a weekendthey also have DJs which is a nice touch. Will be back again Read more
I recently visited Sora and had an amazing experience! Definitely start with an order of the Taiwanese Karaage (fried chicken)... they are crispy and delicious! All the sushi was very fresh and presented beautifully. My server was very knowledgeable and tookthe time to explain the menu to me and make suggestions. Sora definitely has a beautiful ambiance. It’s quite welcoming. I’m definitely one for ambiance, service, and quality food.... Our server was very polite and timely. We came in as a group of 4 and enjoyed ourselves. The rolls were quite delicious. Thisplace would be perfect if the price wasn’t too high. The specialty rolls are $30 + so expect that. Also, the portion size forthe appetizer salad could be a bit more. Other than that, it was an enjoyable experience. It would be great for a date night ora group of friends. Read more
I decided to take my wife here for a date night after seeing the lovely photos of the restaurant on their website. It's even... prettier in public and the atmosphere was great. Music was a touch loud but otherwise it was really great. The service wasexcellent. Tess was our waitress and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, bubbly, knowledgeable and helpful with anyquestions we had. Chef Kevin was working directly in front of us as we sat at the bar and he was very attentive and friendly aswell. He spoke to us and checked on us several times. And the sushi he created for us was exquisite. Absolutely beautiful and welook forward to returning. Read more
Food and service was great. Our server, Erin was very friendly and attentive. Appetizers were amazing. Sushi was very fresh and... tasted delicious. Kinda of pricey but the quality was outstanding. They do charge a 15% property fee on your bill and I didn’tsee that disclosed any where on the menu but may have missed it. Overall I was very happy with our experience and meal. Read more
Sora! Quality food, with amazing service. The only downside is in fact the prices but what you're paying for is for the great... staff and top Quality food and experience. Our host was by far the best part about the experience, she took care of us and wasfun to talk too. The food was amazing, although the prices were sort of steep the quality and taste of each dish were nearperfect. The presentation for each dish was flattering and Instagram worthy (important note for foodies with Instagrams). Forthe decor, they had this (real?) tree in the middle of the room with pink flowers that covered the ceilings. Verypretty. Seating was fair, and short people friendly (if you're short you'll know). You had the option to sit at a table (2,4,6),the bar, or at the sushi bar where u can see the chefs prepare each dish. I would not recommend this place for casual sit downand eat at, but I would definitely come here for special occasions. *Side note: we came to the grand opening so they are stillfiguring things out. I attended the soft-open dine-in at Sora (not takeout). It was a beautiful, low-key swanky vibe, with a high end flavor Asian... fusion sushi experience! Good location at the center of Cleveland downtown, not so far away from key tower. The vibe was good and the staff were... friendly. Good variety of options and delightful presentation. Everything was fresh- which is the most important thing for asushi place and it definitely met my expectation. The price is at a high side but still affordable when it comes to thisquality, will visit again in my next visit to Cleveland. Outdoor seatings are also available. Read more
