I've been to this location twice now. Got the Shackburger with bacon both times, and tried the chicken nuggets as well. I'm... having a really hard time believing the authenticity of some of these negative reviews because I can honestly say this place hasthe best fast food cheeseburger I have ever eaten, even better than Five Guys. We ordered food today after visiting the aquarium 10 min away, the food looked good online. Even smelled good when we got it in... the car. They got the order right. My wive a vegetarian got a grilled cheese and was very disappointed with it. But it's agrilled cheese, you can't do to much with that. By burger was mediocre, couldn't even finish it(due to the lack of flavor). Fastforward 10 min I started feeling very sick while driving home. It got so bad we had to pull over and switch drivers. Every time I go to this store, they get my order wrong. I can usually let it slide because it?s typically things like forgetting... toppings. But today, I ordered a hamburger and when I got it home, it was some kind of chicken sandwich or shroom burger. Themanager also did not answer the phone when I called. I am sick of not getting what I ordered. It?s too expensive to not be ableto enjoy what you ordered and paid for. I will not be returning and I will not ever recommend this place to anyone I know. I don?t know how they do it, but they flawlessly replicate their burgers perfectly at every location across the US. The only... difference here versus some other locations; there isn?t a collab item with another chef/restaurant. First time trying Shake Shack was quite surprising. Double Shack burger, fries and a few samples of shakes. Burger was a solid... 9.3, a touch to greasy on the bottom bun. But the flavour of the beef was shocking. There is no comparison between this burgerand a in&out burger. Staff was amazing at this location, came around and gave some samples of new shakes coming out and whenthe learned we were from Canada they took great care of us. Read more
