We had ordered three fish dinners two of the meals had extra piece of fish and one chicken sandwich combo. The grease was old... the fries came out dark and was soggy the catfish was horrible cooked as well as the three shrimp I ordered was also cooked inold grease spent 61$ that night for food that was wasted! I've ordered from here (Fulton location) multiple times, my orders are usually messed up or they get the orders wrong. When I... call to let them know, they either won't answer the phone or they'll put the phone off the hook. The lady at the register isalways mean & rude. Their desserts are always spoiled! And it's hit or miss as far as the food. I do my best to support blackowned businesses but the quality of food is sub par & everyone has an attitude. Don?t order from this restaurant on Uber Eats, or otherwise. They pretend to be called ?Fried or Die? to overcharge you for food... you might actually want to eat, and then send you sandwiches with bones in them on liquified bread. Read more
had the chicken tenders and waffle. was an enjoyable meal and i am thankful google maps found me another great place. the... tenders were cooked well but a bit dry. i would rather have a well cooked meal that doesnt get me sick over an undercooked mealanyday but as a culinary enthusiast the dryness is a slight deduction. i will try fish next time. I tried the waffles at the Sam Sylk's Chicken And Fish and they were good. The service was less so the young lady was friendly... but the communication fell apart. We put our order in the young lady told us a couple minutes, we came back several minuteslater to our order not being ready. the lady greeted us told us a couple minutes no big deal. she goes to the kitchen puts ourwaffles on then proceeds to use her phone, checked the schedule, and take an order. The other kitchen staff oblivious to theorder continue making other orders and door dash orders. 17 minutes pass the lady returns to the register to get a copy of ourorder, our 4 item order then ask for the receipt because she cannot find it. at that point we get them the receipt and being nolonger friendly till the order was done and we leave. I have no problem with things going wrong but someone needs to takeresponsibility and get a solution working as quickly as possible. had we walked back in the young lady sad something went wrongcan we get your receipt and we will get you your order done as fast as we can i would have had no problem waiting. I give this place the standing ovation very clean restaurant, and customer service is great the young lady had no problem... running down the delicious desserts they have to complete my meal . I had the 5 piece wing dinner , my wife had the perch dinner. The slaw is great when slaw was invented it was never meant to be too creamy the cole slaw here is excellent that highlightsany dinner . I?ve ate at the Euclid location a couple times and food was great their as well . We desperately needed a chickenfish spot on the west side . Right in the plaza on Memphis Fulton .
