No hand soap in the restroom for customers or employees. Clerk did not offer me a receipt or give me a cup for the beverage I... PAID FOR and ordered. After she authorized the credit card machine she just walked away and started helping someone else. Nocup, no receipt and no THANK YOU. I was really excited to come here and she was not personable at all. I work for a smalllocal non-profit and was even going to see I might be able to solicit a small gift card donation for our raffle with GivingTuesday (a national project) but since she walked away I couldn't even ask her. For what it is, I am tickled with this place! It's nothing fancy, but it's good!! The people here are always nice, they are... polite, and the 1x time there was a mistake, they were quick to fix it. That was 1x mistake out of easily a hundred visits ormore over the past year! That is not a streak, that good service is a tradition there! Read more

Quick lunch before an appt at the CC. Service was polite, friendly, and quick. We ordered 3 sandwiches in the middle of lunch... hour and had them in no time. The cookies are outstanding. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and more so recieved a roast fat sandwich. This was inedible and disgusting. I've never received... roast beef from a deli that was so fatty and in such large chunks. National sandwich day ruined. Read more
