Only been here twice and both times the experience sucked. Expect a lovely ambiance of gunshots and people walking up to your... car asking for money while you wait 30 min to an hour in the drive through. First time I ordered nuggets and mashed potatoes andonly received the nuggets. I drove home and just said forget it it's not worth it. Second time I waited 30 minutes in line thendrove home to find out they gave me the wrong order. Called and they told me I have to come back to get an exchange and theycan't do a refund. Drove back and waited in line another 20 minutes for my replacement. Fast food should be fast. I didn't thinkthat's too much to ask but apparently it is. You would think if they're taking their time at least the order would be accurate.There were maybe 3 cars in the line? Really no excuse. I was willing to forgive the mistake the first time but I would have tobe desperate to give it a third chance. All in all, worst Popeyes ever. Read more
Almost everytime I go there, my order is wrong. And they get an attitude when I tell them my order was wrong. I LOVE the chicken... but the employees need better trading, white meat & dark meat. Read more

Basically ?there was a FLY IN MY FOOD and a biscuit had bite marks in it. I ordered it late last night (1first mistake) and by... the time it got here i was tired so i figured id eat it when i got off work tonight. Luckily i took a good look at it before iate anything.. now the fly was under the wrapping paper but still in the box and giving customers a side of flies instead of thecajun fries i ordered sounds like the store is overdue for a health inspection ???? My order was supposed to be ready at 3:15 pm. When I got to the drive through she said there was no order. It took a minute but... my oder was found. I had to wait for them to fix it. They staff was real friendly and polite. Read more
All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with... ease. I?m not from around here but if I?m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too! Read more
Love this place. Got doordash and was wrong, went to store and they replaced my order. Great customer service and great food!
