Ordered 3 meals through DoorDash. All meals were supposed to come with a drink and sides. Did not receive drinks for any of them... and both the sandwich meals were missing the sides. Ordered spicy chicken tenders, received regular. The DoorDasher said thepeople working were extremely rude and were redirecting everyone to the drive through line, which was wrapped around the blockalready. Read more

I must start by saying, "Thank you Anthony, for your kindness, and rectifying my situation." These pictures are what I was... supposed to have for dinner. Living in Slavic Village, Broadway is the closest Popeyes. I paid attention to the rating, but hadbeen successful in a decent meal from there, just the day before. So, we all apparently know the service is mediocre atbest. Anthony, is the main subject. Working in fast food for over ten years, (telling my age) 1 of which was CHURCHES CHICKEN.It was not Anthony's shift that had served the food, but the shift before his. We used to call his position " Team Leader " hiscourteous demeanor, and professional disposition, in mind, as a GM of many restaurants, he would at least be promoted to shiftleader. The drive thru line was extremely long, however employees worked together to move it at an acceptable pace. Also, when one... customer, a "Karen" became irate, due to her being in a hurry and believing she deserved special treatment, an employee quicklyand professionally diffused the situation. I often transport a handicapped friend of mine to this location, which was my reasonfor being there on this date. She loves this location, and now I understand why she insists upon using this location. Oh, forgotto mention that the chicken is cooked to perfection. Read more
