Horrible customer service laughing and inappropriate conversation that could be heard through the drive thru speaker when... ordering! Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes was ready to order upon arrival Rushed us through our order! After placing the orderpaid for it they tell us they were out of one of chicken combos we ordered wouldn't let us change it for something else becauseof price difference which was less than the original and refund the difference so we had to wait another 15-20 minutes before itwas ready! I sat in the drive-thru lane for 35 minutes today...it's called fast food for a reason....these people did not seem to be short... staffed....but only took one car at a time...you had to wait for each car to order...have their food made and then they coulddrive up pay and pick up their food order...then the next car in line would finally get to place their order and repeat theprocess... I tried to order the new chicken nuggets and was told it would be an extra 10 minutes as that fryer wasn't up andrunning...and then they had no carbonated drinks.... Honestly here...they don't deserve the 1 rating...this place needs severemanagement and it won't be long till they are closed...from horrible customer service! Read more
This Popeyes location is horrible. Waited 30+ minutes for a spicy chicken & 8 piece meal. Drive through girl is not courteous.... And the manager murmurs under her breath when I asked about getting a different drink because the Dr Pepper that gave me waswarm, not carbonated and tasted like completely syrup. Misses my sides and apple pie after getting pulled to the front ( whichtheirs no space) and go back in and she?s gonna tell me what now like I?m the one who can?t do their job. This place needsentirely new management & staff. And whoever owns this should be completely appalled on how this is ran. Read more
The workers are rude! Also, I waited 23 minutes at lunchtime (with only me and 1 other customer there). Inside is closed, we... went through the drive thru and they had both of us pull around and wait. After 20 minutes and the guy getting out of his truckknocking on the window and being ignored, he left! Mind you he already paid for his food!! Do NOT order here. I went in there on my break to grab something for lunch when they told me there'd be a 50 minute wait because... they didn't have any chicken. Meanwhile they're all just playing around having a good old time. I swear I saw two of themplaying catch with a biscuit. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE BATHROOM. Ordered a family meal. Got home and realized it was a 4 piece. Drove and the manager blamed a worker. Then, they didn't have any... cooked chicken! Had to wait 15 mins for it to cook. The manager asked me what sides I wanted while she debated with her cooks. Itold her that she had my receipt, she then murmured somebody lost it, while never looking for it. Lastly I did get fresh chickenand that's the only reason for 2 stars. Read more
Kinda need a Lil help on the drive thru sign it was hitting tops of cars..... construction makes the drive thru suck if you... wanna get out... But food is good when they have it. Or the credit card machine isn't broken... Loooong waits in drive thru.When it's what you ordered it's great! Wished when you order spicy they give u actual spicy and not regular chicken cause that'sall that is available... maybe just say that?? Need some improvements but still one I goto frequently. I went through the drive through asking for four breasts and four biscuits, I received four thighs and four biscuits. It was... hot and very good, but not what I wanted.
