The pizza I received looked like it was a day old. It was cold and the cheese was hard. I had to microwave it. It was also... overcooked because both pizzas were dark. The boneless wings I ordered were a rip-off because some pieces were so little theylooked like scraps yet they were considered wings. This location is always short staffed. I ordered breadstix and a pizza 2months ago and I got there 5min earlier and the doors... were locked as I was pulling into the parking lot I saw someone leaving and it was a whole hour and 45mins before they weresuppose to close . I would give a zero if possible. I pre-ordered online. The store claimed their order system was down; they could tell I ordered,... but not what I ordered. I called back and the guy I spoke to never asked for my order, didn't offer to make it, never asked if Icould show them the order receipt listing what was ordered, nothing. We were left, having prepaid online, with no food, nolunch and nothing for our lunch break. We were promised it would be canceled, instead it still appears as a charge online atPizza Hut and through by debit card. Never again. Read more

My how things have changed today I ordered online to use my rewardspoints. I ordered a large pepperoni lovers stuffed crust I get to the store and it's a large cheese pizza instead and they tellme it's what I ordered. This was the first time my free pizza wasn't even on the receipt. If they changed the rules I canrespect that but to lie and say I order wrong. If I ever ordered again I will use screenshots ...
