We ordered pizza on a Saturday night, recieved a message that door dash was delivering our pizza, turns out they never showed.... After talking with the GM Patrick, he said he would personally deliver the pizza to us after close. He did just that, went outof his way past closing time to remake and deliver our missing pizza. There is ALWAYS an issue coming to this location. Fiance and I stopped coming to this one due to customer service issues, we... choose to drive 5 miles to a different one if we're feeling pizzahut. We decided to take a chance after a few months and trythis location again. Last night we ordered pizza for delivery at 620 and was quoted 706 delivery (tracker qouted 25-35mins). At720 we called to check on our order since I was about to go to work and waiting to enjoy a meal together before I left. Theperson who answered stated he was out on delivery and would be 20 25mins at most. We asked if they could just make another pizzaand we pick it up since it's only 5 blocks away. The lady said only if we pay for both pizzas. We asked to canc that order andjust start a new one. The lady declined so we said just canc it we don't want it. We ended up leaving to get BK up the streetwhen the delivery driver pulled up and then sped to the end of our street when he saw us leaving the house and getting in ourcar. He sat at the intersection at the end of our street, took the pizza from the passenger side and got out of his little blackcar and threw rhe pizza in the pizza holder in the backseat and threw the receipt on the street. He then sped off. Just terribleservice. Would recommend driving a little farther or just going to a different pizza place. Read more

I walked in to order. They was out of pasta so the young man made a pizza to match the kind of pasta i wanted with no problems.

Food was great. Delivery driver pulled up to house and honked. Didn't get out of his car. It's just lazy and rude. Definitely... not professional. Read more

Placed a order for delivery a hr before they closed. Never received my food. Over a hour after I placed order get message... saying was canceled. Never called me. Very unprofessional. Said to call store directly then they didnt answer my calls.Shouldn't have to give one star for this. Read more

Ordered pizza and bread sticks. Pizza was less that .5 miles. But by the time we got it the pizza was NOT hot. Barely warm. And... the bread sticks were rock hard and burnt. No cheese sauce either. Read more

This location is an embarrassment to the franchise and the brand. Easily the worst customer service and management of any PIzza... Hut or other Pizza chain I've dealt with. They will mess up your delivery order and refuse to issue refunds unless you drivethe bad product back. I ordered delivery from them today and they messed up our order pretty seriously. I called to let themknow and they offered to remake our pizza, on the stipulation that we return that bad pizza to the driver. Interesting request,but my wife and I were hungry and we just wanted to eat. We waited 50 minutes for the replacement pizza to come. When it didnot, I called and spoke with the person who answered the phone, who informed us it had left and should arrive "in less than 10minutes." I returned to my doorstep in anticipation. After 15 more minutes, I called back and was transferred to the managerRonda. She informed us that they had remade the 2nd pizza as takeout, and that it had been just sort of sitting there, a pizzafor nobody. She offered to remake it for us a 3rd time, however at this point we had given up all hope of having pizza and mypregnant wife had already resorted to ice cream to stave off the hunger of our soon-to-arrive daughter, so I declined andrequested a refund. This is where things go off the rails. Ronda quite angrily balked at the concept of refunding us, less westrap on our overcoats and trek to the store with our cold, sad, decrepit pizza. I pressed the issue further, saying it wasunconscionable to ask us to physically return a delivered pizza that they had messed up (twice). I told her I would contactcorporate for a refund, and she got verbally angry, throwing out one liners such as "do whatever you want, you signed for it andI got your signature right here" and "we ain't gonna come pick up your old pizza". Overall, try one of the other fine pizzaplaces in the area and don't bother with this joke. Read more
