Never had to wait that long for a sub from and of the other Penn Stations. It's clear they're having staffing problems. Probably... should offer better pay. And my BLT was pretty bad. Read more
Food is amazing prices are absolutely terrible for a normal sub fries and drink ur looking at least 15$ this place is good but... it isn't worth over 30 bucks for 2 for just subs and undercooked fries! Read more
Charged me twice from my card for a single sandwich of 12.49$. When I called back to say that they charged me twice,the lady... manager told me to call back cuz they are super busy,I said back to her ''are you serious?'' She answered to me with ''YES'' andshe hanged off the phone. I had to go at the bank to report for a dispute back of that amount,not to mention that they evenclosed my card for that and I have now to wait for a new one. I'll never step inside of this place ever again, disgustingpeople, no respect for the customer at all,a garbage lady. I can't believe what kind of people are serving you food today. Literally the grossest Penn station I've ever gone to! The floors and tables were dirty and the random shopping cart in the... restaurant was weird. The food was not as good as other penn stations- probably because the girl making my food was on her phoneas she was making it! The guy who took my order wasn't even wearing a penn station uniform. This was by far the worst visit ever to this location which is usually good. My self and a coworker waited almost 20 minutes to... receive our orders. When I got mine which was a wrap all of the filling which was minimal to say the least, was all on one sidewith 1 piece of chicken on the almost empty side and the wrap was ripped not cut in what was supposed to be half. I'll attachphotos of the wrap. Also to add to the whole experience the individual who took the orders seemed irritated while taking theorders and while waiting for the food seemed to be more pre occupied by an individual who came in only to talk to her which I amsure slowed the already lengthy process of getting food down but seemed very unprofessional as well considering there wereapproximately 9 people waiting for food including my co worker and myself. It is always the best here. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Food is good. Fresh, Hot, Fast. Accuracy hasn't been an... issue either. Employees are friendly and helpful. The restroom is also always clean. I've been coming to this location foryears, always a reliable constant. Read more
Slow slow service. Michaela is highly unprofessional and rude. Ordered a sandwich 20 minutes later it's still not started. But... they sure got time to make each other onion flowers though. Trash. Asked for a refund didn't get it. Read more
