I would give this store a 0 if I could. They delivered someone else's pizza to my address and when I called they hung up 5 times... immediately after answering. I drove to the store and the manager told me they don't receive calls to the store and it goes to acall center in the Phillipines. I called while standing there and heard the phone ring in the store. I told him I wouldappreciate if he didn't lie to me and he said it doesn't matter because he didn't deliver it wrong and no one there was going totake responsibility for hanging up. He did however refund the food and remake it. Food is fine but customer service is horrible.*update* While waiting on my pizza the store received more calls and the manager was answering them, so hopefully this doesn'thappen again. He was also very helpful letting me know how much longer the wait would be and was very nice when giving me myorder. Read more

I paid EXTRA for garlic & Parmigian crust & it wasn't on the pizza ???? The quality of the pizza was ALSO poor sadly ???? The... sauce was BARELY there in MOST parts of the pizza... Skimpy on the cheese & toppings too???? I will NOT be visiting THIS storeagain... Stick to Fulton & Memphis store, & just WAIT for them to open next time ????
