The only drive thru Hero's in the area, but the inside is clean when I have gone in. Never had a issue with the food. It's... pricey but always has been. The only issue is the large dip as you leave the drive thru. Read more
I haven?t had me hero in years and my family decided to go to the place to try and see what they had again and enjoy a meal.... While eating I found hair in my fries and at the bottom of the bag. I was disgusted and thinking about how I just notpotentially ate someone else?s hair. I almost got sick and took my families food and tossed all of it and we went home and justdecided to cook. Parmatown location is the best! Never have any issues except for the pothole your tire gets stuck in at the pickup window. It's... like nastalgia from an 80's movie!
