I have been going here for 30yrs and tonight was so disappointed in the bacon cheeseburger. There was no bacon on the bacon... cheeseburger. Call the store and they argued with me and told me yes there is you have to dig into the cheese to find it. Wewill be going to the Broadview and brookpark Mr heroes from now! Read more
My first time in Mr.Hero, and is was very good! The sandwich shop makes fast service and hot food. I got the biggest sizes with... fries and cheese. I would come back again and recommend this stop. The price is above average so bring lots of money. Read more
Usually pretty good today hot buttered steak was well done a little burnt on edges can deal with that but they gave me wafer... fries that where sitting on counter from the time I gave my order could even eat them they where that bad. Read more
The best Mr. Hero ever visited! Not greasy, very flavorful, friendly customer service, convenient location. This time I ordered... online for pickup. I come here a lot and the place is always super clean, you get your food fast especially when considering that they cook the... food to order including the meat. (you seriously dont want to know how long mcdonalds and other competitors leave yourburger/meat under a heat lamp) The staff is always friendly too. Read more

I love the cheeseburgers here. Moved to South Florida from Parma in 1986 and have searched high and low for something even... remotely close and have never found anything near them. Every time I come back to visit my mom, the first stop I make from theairport is the Mr. Hero on State Road just south of Snow Road. Thank you for making the same great food 31 years later!!!!!
