Went from being one of the best McDonald?s to one of the worst and it?s because of the people working there. Went to pick up an... order and wanted to add a Sprite. If you plan to go to this location?..know you?ll be in drive-in line for forever and when you get your food make sure it?s... correct. If not you?ll be waiting again for FOREVER and just know your food will be given to you cold. A waste of $, time &JUST HORRIBLE !!!! Read more
Usually go to this location on Sundays, and it's McDonald's so I don't honestly expect too much. They are going to take forever,... they are going to occasionally forget items or get your order wrong. However, what irritated me was they started charging me forhot water. I don't want tea, just a cup of hot water, I have my own tea. I'm ordering other food, I don't see why I should becharged almost $2 for a cup of hot water. Ridiculous. Other locations do not do that. Wish i can put a negative 10 review. If this wouldn't of happened to me so much i wouldn't hate .but the McDonald's on clark in... Cleveland is so screwed up from serving cold leftovers to not even understanding what you ordered very terrible service.
