What is so hard about sausage biscuit add cheese? This is the only location that screws up these easy sandwiches EVERY single... time. Either comes with egg which I didn't ask for but you sure charge. Today. Charged me for cheese. No cheese. No egg. Pleaselearn your own menu, pay attention and stop overcharging me for your laziness, stupidity. Every single time. Lol you guysabsolutely suck. Where is management!? Wow...apparently the "power was out" even though every light and screen in this place was on. As opposed to walking outside and... telling the 10 cars in line, they just let them sit there. When i drove up to the window they claimed power was out. I said youshould tell your patrons in line and she said "we cant the powers out." You cant walk outside? Laziness is pathetic, even whenyour paid minimum wage. Management should be fired. Read more
This is the 2nd time I've showed up and the dine-in is closed BEFORE it's supposed to be, which is 10:00pm and it's 7:30pm now.... Supposedly it's because they're "short staffed". That's no excuse to close the dine-in, especially when THERE'S NO ONE AT THEDRIVE THROUGH. They really can't take two people's orders? I don't mind waiting if they're short on staff, but don't close thedoor on those of us who don't have a car and are still willing to spend money there. Expedition service at the drive thru and drive thru staff was very friendly and polite. Ordered a fish filet no TARTER and a... small fry with no salt and this was the freshest meal I've EVER had from a McDonald's. They made me a fresh filet (most usuallyredip one that's been sitting) and they made me fresh fries. Everything was so hot I couldn't even handle it for a minute, lol.That's a good thing tho. Definitely the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Don?t waste your time. The staff is rude and half the time you don?t get what... you ordered. After a couple of bad experiences we started going to the 117 th location even though it?s a lot farther from ourhouse. However, this morning we just wanted a quick breakfast. My fiancé ordered hotcakes with his breakfast and we didn?t getthose. When we went back the staff was very rude about it. They messed up the order but somehow we ended up with the blame. Thegirl at the window called to the ?kitchen? staff and all we heard through the window is ?well then they owe ME a dollar,hotcakes are a dollar?. We weren?t given a receipt but I?m fairly confident we already paid for the hotcakes. We paid againanyway because it was a dollar, but also ITS A DOLLAR! A business with good customer service would apologize, give the missingpart of the order and I wouldn?t be writing this review. I was mistaken with the last review because today and the last two times I went to this place my food was a mess. The crew can't... fix your food correctly or orderly due to playing to men playing together like little boys tapping and hitting each other. Read more
