If they screwed up your order, you aren't the first. I've lived near by for 20 years and they get the orders right about 1/2... the time on average. I don't eat mcdonalds much, probably for this reason... Find a good mcdonalds and cherish it. CHERISHIT! Read more
Cheeseburgers? Nah, surely you wanted cheese sandwiches. (They forgot the cheeseburgers and my mom had to go knock on the door... to let someone know. She ended up having to wait for the burgers, only to get two cheese sandwiches.) Read more
Pitcher this, your hungry as hell, in a hurry to get home to eat......... You ever order a custom buger, and absolutely will... not eat a buger not made the way you ordered it...(example being, no pickle, no onions. This time I lucked out and got a pleasant young lady at window. Such a different experience when you have pleasant helpful... employees. Both lanes open and taking the orders quickly. Actually the cashier was really rude and impolite. They should have a better person to deal with their customers.
Ordered my food and was asked to pull to Reserved drive thru 1, sat here for 10 minutes someone finally comes out & brought me... the wrong food. Gave her my receipt & she said ?we don?t even have this order on our screen? No organization what so ever. Thegirl working the drive thru was extremely rude as well, rushing me to place my order.
