Once again they got me. Ordered a simple order in the drive thru. Unfortunately they can't seem to understand what ketchup only... means. At least this time they labeled it correctly but I should have opened it up before driving home. NEVER again, too muchaggravation for $20. Goodbye McDonald's! Read more
Ordered the crispy chicken deluxe meal, got the small McChicken on the sandwich, and a ton of lettuce. Asked for sauce for the... nuggets and as usual, got none. Not the first time this has happened either. Ordered food meals for 3 people. Tried to orderbreakfast 5 days after this review sat at drive thru for 15 minutes with no help. Pulled to windows, no people anywhere butwindow open. This place is just getting worse. Read more
I don't want to go Karen on this store however The level of incompetency is real high. They forgot two orders of sausage... biscuits and gravy, they gave me orange Fanta instead of orange juice they gave me no sausage on a sausage egg McMuffin. I justcan't say enough terrible things about how the quality of the staff & how it has gone down at these restaurants lately. Read more

Over charged for a 5..49cent breakfast to over 8 dollars at the window, plus the old man at the window wouldn't give me the... coffee. Said it didn't go with the meal when the small coffee did. A argument started and he walked away from the window anddidn't come back. After a few minutes and a lot of cars behind me,, a lady came to the window,window, the old guy was newthere.. checked my order and gave me my coffee.( Sad to have this happen. (I will never go back there, plus I didn't get myoverpayment of over 2 dollars returned. Better choices for me in the future. Read more
