My second time here. Same exact story: Server Lisa prefers to serve men and leaves me (female) to sit to wait to order or to... give me my bill. Kosta and Vic's Family Restaurant was ok at best for us. Overall our experience was good. The location is easy to get to, staff... was nice, and food came out pretty quick. What was the down side for us, when eating our meals we found 2 long hairs in twodifferent meals we got, also some of the food wasn't good at all. it was ok at best as far as how it was cooked and tasted. This is an awesome place to go. Great atmosphere, great coffee, great food. Excellent customer service. We come here often and... have never had a bad experience. Maria is our favorite but you have to ask for her. Prices are also good as well. Very fair! Wewill be back again for sure. Read more

Stop by one morning for a take out. The cashier was very nice, hospitable and social. She kept conversation with me while I... awaited my order and kept me updated on my orders progress. Went on a busy mother's day morning. Packed pretty full, but the wait wasn't long. For such a small place they can handle a... crowd well as oppose to some place like Perkins (going there was a 45 minute wait, didn't even bother going in) Atmosphere wasnice, very cozy despite the loudness from being packed. Waitress was absolutely wonderful, she was in and out in a flash withdrinks and food. Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, the flavor was so good I can remember it still vividly. The garlicbread that came with it was good enough to make me ask for more. Soup that came with it today was clam chowder, didn't expect itto taste all that well but I left with an empty bowl. Overall, this place is a must try even when it's busy. They really knowhow to handle a lot of people, and the service was lovely along with the awesome food. Read more
