I ordered the potato crusted grouper to go and it tasteless. The crust was perfect but are had no taste. It has potential to be... good if seasoned well. The green beans were not cooked enough. The white potatoes were okay. The price was decent. Overall, themeal was a 1/5 but the portion size was decent so I bumped up to 2/5. You have to season grouper the lemon butter is not enough. This is a top notch steakhouse. They have a pianist a couple days a week and I had a lot of fun hanging out and having dinner.... There were a couple of people who got up and sang along during a coulte tunes. I really enjoyed the time there and the food isdelicious. I've eaten at Johnny's twice now and I'm sure I will continue to dinne there whenever I visit Cleveland. Read more
Phenomenal restaurant. Paino in bar section. Has outdoor seating and valet. Takes reservations. Has delicious duck, short ribs... and veal. We had a terrific server who made our dining experience fantastic. Read more
the food was great! I loved how tender the short ribs were and the sauce was amazing. You could probably put that sauce on... anything and it would make it amazing! The housemade gnocchi also deserves some praise. They were perfectly fluffy but still hada nice bite to them. I will definitely be back to try one of the veal dishes soon!! Read more
It was my beautiful birthday, my older daughter and a great friend of the family that I aslo consider my daughter too brought me... here it, was ours first time at this beautiful restaurant OMG the people super friendly the food I don't care if it was a littlepricey but it was worth every penny , also the awesome (guy sorry forgot his name ) but he was absolutely wonderful playing thepiano and all the rest of the people participated with the singing ?? what out can I said every things was on point nice andglassy and very clean my sweet drink ???? can't remember sorry either what ir was but I know the waitress did said ir was theonly sweater drink they had it was delicious what a wonderful time I did had, I would recommend very mature people to visitthis great place I love it and I will be going back soon... thanks to all the beautiful staff keep the good work ????, we didhave a great time and since this is the month of my birthday I will still be celebrating perhaps stopping by here again...ohyeah the food was excellent and delicious I did have the shrimp pasta I know it did had another fancy name but that is what itwas ...thanks again to everyone.. Dined at the bar on a Saturday night as I wanted to try a local joint w great neighborhood history. I truly enjoyed the... hospitality and warm atmosphere that I took in. The escargot and fresh bread were zesty w garlic as they should b. Caesar saladwas authentic w anchovy blended n w fresh lemon as it should b?and of course I had to try their house made angel hair pastatopped off w veal meatballs?wow and wow? the sauce was rich yet not overdone? altogether perfect. Went here on our anniversary. We had reservations and upon entering the host greeted us and sat us down. Unfortunately it took... over 5 minutes. We kept noticing other people come and be attended and not even water we had. My husband went to wonder whereand when our server would come. After a female server told us she didn't know what was happening, shortly afterwards our servercame. Maybe he was having a bad day, didn't want to be at work or something. I mean he wasn't rude but the lack of beingattentive was noticeable. The food was OK. Not the greatest but not awful. I went searching for the bathroom and a "regular"customer was the most enthusiastic and friendly to show me the way.
