I will update once I get my refund. I'm here on a business trip. I ordered online...waited an hour. Got a notification that my... food was being delivered. Waited 30 minutes. Called the store to be told they aren't delivering. Pretty simple - don't offerdelivery as an option on door dash. Awful service. Read more

By far one of my favorite places to eat! When you go, make sure you get the #4 with no tomatoes. Make sure you add cheese, Dijon... mustard and oregano. You will not be disappointed. Read more

Terrible service that does not get solved with ?feedback reviews? that the Jimmy John?s corporate account posts about. They... obviously don?t care and would rather continue to con people out of money than fix the problem. Look at any of the other 20+ 1*reviews about how garbage this location is with fulfilling online order. Freaky fast is really freaky trash. Read more

Nothing fancy. Just like your average sandwich place. From reading the other reviews I seem to have gotten lucky because my... sandwich was made correctly and tasted pretty good. The wait wasn't too long but it was busy. The guy behind the counterdefinitely did not want to be there though and it showed in service which is why i only gave it 3 stars Read more

Have been waiting over an hour for my order. I?m not far away in downtown Cleveland. The girl I spoke with could not understand... what I was trying to tell her and proceeded to say they never got my order. Then told me it would be here momentarily. I triedto confirm the order number and my name with her and she kept talking over me. I usually don?t have a problem with this locationand understand staffing issues, but I couldn?t even get a word out. Read more

If they made my sandwiches correct they would get a higher rating. I have ordered 3 times from this location and they never get... my order right. I don?t understand how you mess up a sandwich that literally has the ingredients in the description.. Theworkers I have met and delivery guy are friendly but the sandwich is never correct. One time they gave me a whole differentsandwich than I ordered. They need to step it up with reading the orders. Read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered 45 boxed lunches for an event (that started at 12pm) with a pickup time of... 11:15am. When I arrived at the store the door was locked (store opens at 11am) and there was a sign on the door that said ?NoBread. Be back in 30 minutes?. I was SHOCKED that I was not contacted about this ahead of time. When I repeatedly called thestore for answers there it just kept ringing. Finally an employee, who was apparently the manager, showed up and when I askedabout my order for my event (in 45min) he had nothing to say. I asked the employee if the order would be ready by 11:45am sothat I could still make my 12pm event and he said yes. So I believed him and held off on looking for an alternative lunch optionfor my event. At 11:45am the employee hadn?t even started making my order and said the bread still wasn?t done yet. At thispoint I was extremely frustrated that the employee was dishonest with me and I was in a horrible spot for this event and reallyhad no option but to wait on him to make my order. By the time that my order was complete, it was 12:30pm. I sat at this storefor over an hour waiting on my order and my entire event agenda had to be reorganized as a result of this Jimmy John?s. Thestaff was unprofessional throughout the situation and I can guarantee that I will not be visiting this location ever again. Iwill also be letting everyone I know that they should avoid this location. Horrible. Read more

We ordered a small order for delivery and it took over an hour to be completed and delivered. They were .3 miles away from us... but the original ETA said 20 mins, which was why we did it based out of convenience. When we called (an hour later) asking ifthere was an issue, the guy on the phone was not only incredibly rude, but he also yelled at us and hung up on us. These workersneed to be trained on customer service. There is no reason for anyone to treat a paying customer this way. Absolutelyoutrageous, will never be back. Read more
