They... obviously don?t care and would rather continue to con people out of money than fix the problem. Nothing fancy. Just like your average sandwich place. From reading the other reviews I seem to have gotten lucky because my... sandwich was made correctly and tasted pretty good. Have been waiting over an hour for my order. I?m not far away in downtown Cleveland. The girl I spoke with could not understand... what I was trying to tell her and proceeded to say they never got my order. Then told me it would be here momentarily. I triedto confirm the order number and my name with her and she kept talking over me. I usually don?t have a problem with this locationand understand staffing issues, but I couldn?t even get a word out. Read more
