We enjoyed many things at this location: the roast beef subs and their Jimmy Chips. The service was very friendly as well as... informative, telling us about the freshness of the vegetable ingredients and the bread. I purchased a #16 Club Lulu, on whole grain bread. When I opened up my sandwich in the car to eat it. What I found was a... horrible looking sandwich. Which contained smashed bread slices, tons of lettuce. I have never seen such a gross lookingsandwich in my life. I immediately wrapped the sandwich back up and went into Jimmy John's and asked for a refund. I was politeand waited patiently for the sales clerk, while she seemed to have difficulty refunded me the credit to my debit cardback. When she completed the transaction she, informed me that it would take 5 -7 business days to see my refund credit back onmy card. I informed her that the 5 -7 business days is related to credit card purchases and not debit card purchases. She thenstate: "I promise you that your refund will be credited back to your card within a certain time period." I informed her that mybanking institution credits my card back with minutes, and that promises don't mean a bag a beans to me. However, I will giveyour store the 5 -7 days but, I need the refund receipt form in my hand in order to be assured that you refunded me my creditdue. All of a sudden the store manager comes up to the register and states to me that I'm being ride. I apologized to themanager but stated that I was engaging in a conversation with her employee about my refund. "How is that being rude?, I wasn'ttalking loud in front of customers so they could hear our conversations. I wasn't screaming at her. If asking sales person for areceipt to their last transaction with your debit card is rude then I am sorry. This Jimmy John's is ghetto because, you allowyour worker's to bring their toddler's to work with them. Children don't belong on their mother's hips while servicing thepublic. I usually love Jimmy John's, but this location is by the far the worst one I've been to. Rude & rushed customer service. I was... going to eat inside, but it's a hot day and the door was open (held open with a bag of trash) so I decided to eat in the carinstead because it's warm inside. Then my sandwich was warm and gross too. The guy who took my order has really grossfingernails as well. ???? The girl who made my sandwich was nice though. They need to work on the hiring at this location. It always seems like a young, relaxed, workplace but it?s getting out of hand.... I walked in with my dad and my toddler and no one was in the place besides two high school aged workers and three friends of oneof the workers. I walked up to place my order and had to wait for the conversation between the cashier and his friend to end. Ididn?t care to hear their conversation with the inappropriate language but I was nice and didn?t say anything. The sandwicheswere made quickly and we left as the friends hung out outside of the store.
