We order from here a lot and it used to be good and fast service. The past few times we've ordered they sent very different... cookies from what we ordered. This past weekend not only was the cookie order wrong again, they didn't include the ice cream weordered, plus delivery took about 2 hours. I think for the time being we're going to start picking up cookie dough at the storeand making our own on nights we want late night cookies. Read more
First time ever having insomnia Cookies & it was amazingly good. Those cookies pack a lot of punch. The vanilla ice cream wasn?t... my favorite but it didn?t matter because the cookie had me feeling great. Would be five stars but the security was rude. Lol whydoes a cookie place need security? Insomnia Cookies is a genius idea and extremely well executed. I ordered a 12 pack box of assorted cookies. Ordering was simple... and straightforward. My order came exactly when I had scheduled it for, including a phone call to let me know that the box wasin my building's lobby. The cookies were warm and delicious. Double chocolate chip are beyond delicious. Rich, decadent,chocolatey, perfect. All the other flavors we got were delicious too, but that one is my favorite. We devoured too many cookiesto take a decent picture of them. I think Insomnia Cookies are an Ohio phenomenon. If I find myself back in the state, I willbe looking for an Insomnia Cookie delivery for sure. Delicious, convenient, and reasonably priced is a winning combination! Read more
These cookies were delicious!! We tried to order several different types but they were out which sucked. They say they are open... til 3 am but we were in at like 7:15pm and they had minimal stock already. But the ones we did get were warm and delicious! Read more
15 minutes before closing the staff was outside and when she seen me pull up she put her cigarette out and locked the door..
