Tasty food and responsive wait staff. I had a Kentuky Mule to drink - like a Moscow Mule but with bourbon - excellent.
Haloumi appetizer was delicious, dandelion salad was refreshing and crisp, muscles were also great (bread couldve been better),... and for entree had the spatzle and rabbit with pea puree. Very original and classic at the same time. Read more
This place never disappoints. I have been a number of times and I?m always excited to see what the specials or seasonal changes... are. The gnocchi is always on the menu, but the preparation changes often?they?re a must. Great service, the owners are superfriendly, and has a great neighborhood vibe. Highly recommend. Read more
HB has impressed with their short term carry out menu. We got the Brussel sprouts, artichoke fritters, gnocchi and autobahn... pizza all amazing and delicious ???? really impressed with the pizza and amount of flavor and creativity. Great job! Read more
The restaurant seem at first like a gem,small cozy Interesting,two tables facing the street,I made my apareance. I ask for one... of those,I get denied..I look around no people.the host claims there will be a reservation for that specific table (no one showsup) Ask for wine.nope.you have to bring your own and he sends me to 7 eleven. Ask for a Pepsi ...don't have...I ask sparklingwaterwith lemon he brings me a can of LaCroix On to the food: Green tomatoes came fried I'm starting to imagine all that Greasesweats later on Hang on.french Fries very Greasy...oh boy. I order mussels they came ..not fresh.no bred to deep the juice nospoon. This is a great BYOB place with a specialized menu. The Smoked Chicken Thigh Sandwich is quite a treat, and so is the Prince... Edward Island Mussels. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, showing us traditional ways of eating the Mussels. Read more
SO INCREDIBLE. I don?t know how the chef made a korean and irish (ish??) dish BOTH so well, but he did, and I?m not questioning... it. We had a little bit of everything? arrabiata mussels (9/10), artichoke fritters (def get for snacks with pre dinner drink),and caesar salad (would skip next time, most boring thing we ordered), clambake (AMAZING - broth, pretzel bites, clams, sausage,cabbage all cooked perfectly and so delish together), and beef bulgogi with spaetzle (so YUM, fantastic flavor, loved the runnyegg on top). The menu seems too all over the place for things to be good but somehow, it ALL IS. Certainly will be back here!!! Read more
