We?ve been coming to this restaurant for literal years! We?ve never been treater this badly ever by them, first of all we... ordered they?re $20 special on their page!! Only for them to say something else entirely and bring us the wrong order! Theyfailed to bring us out complete order too! Even after we payed for it!!!!! The food we did get was all dry and had no flavor atall! Never coming here again! I recommend you don?t either! I would give zero stars if i could! Horrible service! Horrible food!Horrible people! Georgia Pizza on Pearl road in Cleveland Ohio is the worst restaurant that I have ever ordered from. I ordered a pizza around... 10:30pm and picked it up when II finished work around 11:15pm. Half of the pizza was cook properly and the other was not. Irequested they put it back in the oven to finish cooking. Once it finished baking the second time, the crust was extremely hardall over. They put the garlic butter on the crust which caused it to be saturated in oil by this time. I took the pizza home andmy family was only able to eat 2 pieces before they weren't able to tolerate anymore. I contacted the store the next day toexpress my dissatisfaction. A man answered the phone and he was very argumentative. I tried to tell the gentleman I wanted tobring the pizza back in order for them to replace the pizza with another pizza or a refund. The gentleman hung up on me. Icalled him back, he argued and hung up again. I asked to speak to the manager, he portrayed that he was the manager and wouldnot let me speak to a manager. I wasted $12.99 on this disgusting food. Do not waste your time or your money on this place.The service and food sucks! Read more
Experience was horrible order steak and cheese sub not only was it small bread was burnt and was over priced wasn?t even 6inches... but charged me every bit of 10.00. I don?t recommend to anyone. Also poor customer service.???????????? Read more
If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered a pizza at 330pm to be delivered at 6pm. When I called at 620, I was told the order... was on its way. When I called back at 650, they told me they didn?t know where the order was. Worst service I have everexperienced. Asked for a refund and they told me they couldn?t help me, I had to call the online service. Fine. I get that. Butthey wouldn?t even give me the number. Then when I called the online service, they hassled me about giving me my $40 back. Worstservice. Worst experience. Read more

Ordered pizza and wings on DoorDash. Upon arrival they did not send the wings with order. I called to let them know we were... missing them and the gentleman who answered the phone verified they were never sent and said without hesitation he wouldpersonally deliver them. The food was hot and delicious. I really appreciated him bringing the wings even though I wasn?t surewho?s fault it was - door dashers or restaurants? Doesn?t matter the issue was corrected within minutes. We will definitely beordering from here again. ???? Read more
