Not sure if employees have changed but my most recent visit to dunkin donuts was last Wednesday. First of all there was a... gentleman in front of me and the cashier was very friendly to him. I was next in line and was not greeted or acknowledged for agood minute or so. Finally after making eye contact she greeted me. I ordered breakfast and coffee and moved over. Normallyfrom prior visits someone would call out your order number for food and also for beverages but not the case. I had to ask aboutmy food and coffee. Not very pleased with the service but the food was good. PLEASE be more professional in the future. Read more
Went in to try one of those new pink strawberry coconut refresher drinks. Those drinks are so Delicious. The guy who made it,... You get two ????'s Up. I got in and out quickly. The workers were very pleasant. The store was empty besides the workers. It wasvery clean. The only complaint I have...the was not a variety of donuts or muffins to chose from. I did purchase a chocolatechip muffin as well, and it was very dry. Not very tasty. I definitely will be back for another refresher. Read more
