Awful. Stale donuts that were barely frosted, mediocre and lukewarm coffee, no hot options even tho there were multiple... advertisements 5hroughout the airport for their hot sandwiches and hash browns. No explanation, when I asked for hashbrowns theperson curtly said "we don't do that." Our flight was delayed 16 hours and we got meal vouchers that worked like visa giftcards. I used one at a gas station before entering the airport, they are able to be used anywhere that accepts visa. When mywife and I tried to use them at this dunkin the cashier was unbelievably rude, telling us they couldn't use the vouchers andloudly talking over me when I tried to ask why and show them that the vouchers could be manually imputed like a regular creditcard. Bacon egg and cheese croissant was the worst I've ever had, by far. Employees goofing off being loud and obnoxious, very... unprofessional, and unfriendly. Do better CLE Dunkin. Read more
