The second I walked in it took 10 min just for us to sit down. Took another 45 min before waiter took our order. And when I got... my soup the chiken was tainted. Sweet potato fries and chicken tenders were overcooked. We could only get takeout due to the pandemic. Had to go through... Grubhub, because we couldn't place an order at the counter. They didn't even have a cash register etc...I was not impressed withthe quality of the food or the inconvenience of having to go through an app to order. Read more

I'm going to miss Shaunte Hall-Jones so much. She was a sweetheart who made this joint extra special. I've never met anyone else... who could remember the name and face of every student who walked in the door. I hope she does well at her new job at Amazon anddoesn't get treated poorly at their warehouse. <3 The others who work here are just as swell too, though. They greet everyonejust as warmly and have the patience of saints for dealing with the hungover crowd on late Saturday nights. Their breakfast wrapand lunch wraps are great here! One thing I wish they would do though is change the hours on Google Maps. (Although being openduring conventional hours on the weekends would also be nice, in my opinion.) Was open super late. Fast paced environment... A little loud at times, but nice over all. Staff were very much occupied with... work and very enthusiastic. The free soda option was a lovely touch! Great place to grab a fast bite and either sit for a bit,or go back to your adventure! Read more

Not at all what I expected walking into a place that looks like a real diner. There are no waiters or waitresses. No actual... metal flatware or ceramic plates. Napkins are dispensed from a napkin dispenser you would find at a fast food restaurant. Thisis essentially a school cafeteria in disguise. The staff were friendly enough to avoid complaints. The food took longer than Iexpected but was hot and tasted good. You have to go pick it up yourself when they call your name. I work at the hospital nearbyand was hoping to experience something besides the horrible cafeteria atmosphere. The hunt continues. I don't recommend the Denand will unfortunately not be back. This place steals from students. The food is mediocre and the service is horrendous. Food is never prepared timely and the... workers are incredibly rude. I'd rather have an actual Denny's with quality customer service than a bunch of unorganized workersand condescending attitudes. I ordered online through a third party app (an app that you are forced to use by this excuse of arestaurant.. they refuse to take phone-in orders). Each time I order the app says that the food is ready, I go to therestaurant, and still have to wait 45 minutes in a mass of confused chaotic students. The last time I went there I vowed tonever go again. I placed an order and was charged, went to the restaurant, and apparently they lost my order and refused to giveme the food I paid for. The worker then proceeded to get into a yelling match and attempted to sic a cook/manager on me becauseSHE refused to give me food. I checked my account the next day and luckily the app reimbursed me. Honestly, if you arequestioning going here, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a place where the workers have manners. Read more
