So today I was looking for a Chinese place to order food from through Uber Eats. I came across this business and figured I would... give it a try. After about 10 minutes, to my surprise, this company increased my order total by almost $12 for no reason. I hadno extra modifications that would have altered the price in any way, nor did I have any extra add-ons to accompany what I hadordered. This is extremely bad business, as the prices that were listed on the site should have been honored. Then the worstpart is, after I told Uber to cancel my order, then they go and tell me they canceled it and was going to charge me almost $23for canceling. I am extremely unhappy with both of these businesses right now. I will definitely be telling the hundreds ofpeople that I know, not to order through this restaurant or through the Uber Eats app EVER! If there was an option to give itzero stars I would have. This first time experience has been absolutely ridiculous, and businesses should not be able to operatein this manner without consequences of some sort. Read more
Got the king trio w/ pork fried rice. Ate half of the trio and 1/2 cup of the fried rice. Sauce was Way to sweet. This place...Yum! If you want good Chinese food on the westside of Cleveland, this place is worth the stop. The $$ prices are... fair, the food exceptional! You can tell the use clean pans, very fresh Ingredients and made to order. I live on the Eastsidebut will go west just for their food! Best by far. Very clean place, super Polite. I ordered teriyaki chicken thinking it would be normal meal like sweet and sour, for some reason this chicken fought my teeth... like rubber and is tougher than the steak served. Flavor is watered down and I WOULD NOT call that teriyaki. Some pieces werealso pink in the inside, yuck! Read more
