Still great food, but can?t give more than three stars when the counter staff checks their text messages while You are checking... out. I don?t mean they looked down for a second(I do that all the time). I mean they started giving me my total, stopped in themiddle, said, ?that will be?, pulls phone out of pocket scrolls through text and started again with, ?that will be? . Quick, courteous service in a busy place.

Crazy rude, every single time. I receive great service at every single chik fil a except the Cleveland airport. All the people... are rude, never smile, and act like you ordering food there is an inconvenience to them. They don?t use the language that allother locations do either. Read more

Super nice, super friendly, even for an airport. We spilled our OJ by accident soon after we purchased it. My wife went to ask... for more napkins to clean up the spill and they gave her another OJ to replace it. Food is great as usual as well. Read more

Very fast and friendly service even with it being 5:30 AM. The three woman working there wanted to make sure my order was... perfect, double checked the sweetness level on my coffee and were very quick.
