I had to work in Akron a few weeks ago and flew in to Cleveland. I found this diner near the airport and went to have breakfast.... The place was packed! I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Coffee was good. Servers were all busy moving around.The owner (Manager?) was active in checking on them and the customers. I really appreciate how clean this place is, seriously, no dust anywhere, I looked! The table and seats are clean as well. Good... food, prices and service! I'm a new regular. This place has a lot going for it. Our food was good, and served within 3 minutes of us ordering it. (Breakfast items) they... are constantly refilling coffee. Prices are LOW! Five twenty two... I was able to stop with a coworker. The food is always reasonably priced and very good. I will say that I... don't like the small blue drinking cups. When it is busy, you've got to wait a while for refills. Today, we were able to enjoythe spaghetti with Italian sausage and garlic texas toast, all white meat chicken tenders and fried mushrooms with ranchdressing.The chicken noodle soup was good as well. We also had the roast beef and gravy with mashed potatoes. The roast beef wasfork tender... no knives needed. I had the roast beef over egg noodles with gravy and a side salad to go. Nevertheless, I wasslightly disappointed with the one lone cherry tomato in my togo side salad, two or three would have made my day. As always, thefood never disappoints 9 out of 10. It isn't the best place is the world to buy food, but it is way better than most other places. It is a small family owned... restaurant so if you go there a lot they will remember you and what you would like to eat. I stop here at least once when I'm intown because everyone the whole atmosphere is very wholesome! Read more
