The food was fresh, and hot. And it was handled with care. I was in and out of the drive thru in under 10min.
Food was hot and fresh! But the lobby fountain was out of order so getting refills was a little frustrating. But come on $.15... since for Zesty Sauce if I want more than one. Come on King get your finances in order. Read more

It's a Burger King in Steelyard. Steelyard gets a bad rep but I don't believe it's all bad. There are some establishments that... should retire but this isn't one of them. The staff was friendly. I ordered my son a cheeseburger no pickles, didn't know itcame with mustard. He doesn't like mustard, they replaced his sandwich no problem. On another occasion the frozen coke wasdidn't really taste like coke. They gave us a replacement of a different flavor. No problem. It's Burger King. It's nothingfancy. You go with a Whopper with fries or onion rings and your favorite cola, and you are happy. So it really come down toservice to me in these establishments and they seem to have a management with good heads on their shoulder. Things will neverbe perfect everytime, but if it isn't they will make an effort to fix it right away. Read more
I was in this place today 6/27/22 around 1:30 pm there was nothing special about my whopper Other than the Friendly Employees... there today ! Specially around this times that everyone since to be so Miserable, How nice to see people working like they'remaking $50 an hour, and getting free Gas ?! They could have put 20 pickles on my whopper (which I hate and forget the cheese andI wouldn't care !) Sunday, July 18 between 12-1pm I stopped for a cup of coffee. There was a sign on the window ...'drive through only'... I... biked the Ohio&Erie Canal path, so I pedaled around and got in line. A very sweet associate greeted me outside. I told herabout the sign and that I would wait in line. She offered to get the coffee for me. I gave her money, she went inside and Idismounted to wait. I saw two individuals come outside. Puzzled, I walked in and asked if I could come in. The establishmentat the time was very clean and the associates on duty were super friendly, which made my day so pleasant. I took my coffee,found some shade to enjoy while I relaxed and recharged. By the way, the coffee ... it was SUPER AWESOME. Really, it wasgreat. Thanks for making my bike adventure more enjoyable. I will make sure when I bike the Ohio&Erie Canal at the Steelyardagain, to make a point to stop. Read more
The burgers where very dry!!! They did not put no type of dressings on the sandwichs I brought!!! Next time I'm just goin to... make sure I look before I pull off ,like I usually do !! Read more
