They will have absolutely nobody in the Drive-Thru but when I go there they are the slowest ever!!!
Great customer service! Bunch of kids that work there that have great attitudes and believe in hard work. Management and staff... is nice. They only ever made one mistake since I?ve been working at my job near the location for a year?it was quickly handledwith care and finesse. Terrible customer services, no one in line they tell you to wait and food is sad and taste horrible no flavor no cheese was sad ... and cold! Is not free!!! we are paying for this service but sadly they do not care, many people are moving from the suburbs tothis area. My advice , new employees new management food taste bad. Customer service at the window always tell you to wait like10 minutes to Order. My Milkshake look like my 5 year old served and drink from it before give it to me. The drive thru service was good. My complaint is the food. The fries are well done on the outside and not inside. The lettuce is... always brown and chicken sandwich has a weird after taste. Read more
